Engaging into a company transformation is a demanding and irrevocable process once started. A good understanding of the value creation, the critical drivers for change and organization impact are key for a successful implementation. The Intake report provides this clarity by:

  • defining areas for improvement,
  • roadmapping priorities,
  • indicating timelines,
  • inventory of (potential) risks,
  • indicating Transformation project costs

The Intake report is fundamental for any Transformation project as it enables decision making to enter into the next phase, kick-starting the Transformation Project, or not. The cost of the Intake Report is a one-off non committing fee. FTR needs – at most - two weeks on-site assessment to report back on changes needed to roadmap the transformation. Once agreed, the next steps are creating a KPI and STI driven staged Transformation Plan starting with a Management Capability Assessment.

Present company status is a direct result of decisions made by management, When company results are a concern, it makes sense to assess the competence and capabilities of Sr. management, middle management and to see if there is alignment with all stakeholders and shareholders on the envisioned way forward.

Risk Mitigation

Based on the Management Assessments recommendations, we list the risks related to the various scenarios and advice on mitigating actions The mitigation plan is part of the Roadmap.


The FTR Roadmap is a comprehensive, track & trace mapping of all required changes to create and sustain the new organization including:

  • Project Plan, KPI driven actions and clear milestones for timelines, deliverables and costs, driving the transformation
  • HR Support managing redundancies, Works Council and Trade Unions processes
  • Risk Mitigation Plan
  • Performance Management Programme to ensure sustainability of the future organization
  • Communication Plan to create awareness, sense of urgency, engagement and understanding of the way forward
  • Sanity Check Programme to secure agility of the organization
